This website and all associated astrology services are operated by The Mayfair Astrologer By booking a consultation, purchasing a report, or accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Service (The Legal Disclaimer)

All readings, consultations, and reports provided by The Mayfair Astrologer are intended solely for personal insight, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes.

 

Astrology is an interpretive art form; no guarantees or warranties are made regarding the accuracy or outcomes of any insights provided.

 

Services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You are encouraged to seek the counsel of a licensed professional for any such matters.

3. Bookings, Fees, and Payment

All fees for consultations and premium packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a custom payment structure has been formally agreed upon in writing.

Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.

4. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy

Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a session up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Requests made within 48 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session fee.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled virtual or in-person session within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be deemed a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds: Due to the deeply personalized and time-intensive nature of astrology readings and custom reports, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided once a service has been prepared or delivered.

5. Intellectual Property & Recordings

The Mayfair Astrologer retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in any written reports, custom materials, or proprietary methods shared during your service.

If a session is recorded (audio or video) for your convenience, that recording is for your private, non-commercial use only. You may not publish, broadcast, or publicly distribute the recording or materials without express written consent.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your birth data (date, time, and location) and all personal details shared during a consultation are treated with the absolute highest level of confidentiality and are processed strictly in accordance with current data protection laws (including UK GDPR).
